InstaBIZ by ICICI Bank 4+

The app is just not getting installed after changing my phone from iPhone XR to 12 pro. It says register using the registered no. And I have only 1 registered no. in my phone which working superfine with all other banking apps. I have tried everything like force restarting the phone, resetting all settings of the phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, updating iOS and the app itself, etc. etc. Still it is not working from last 5 days. Really frustrating and wouldn’t have given even 1 star if possible. Same is the case for your iMobile app too which is even more frustrating

I recently switched to ICICI IntaBizz application and created UPI Id. There are two issues - 1. When you create new payment UPI Id only two options are shown to select and we can not edit or chose. Almost all other bank applications give freedom to chose your desired ID if available. Inadvertently, I deleted my initial UPI id from InstaBIZZ. When I tried to create again, same UPI Id is not being shown and a lengthy ID option is only being shown which I can not edit. Kindly modify this option so that we have the freedom to chose UPI our desired UPI Id. 2. Second issue is with UPI Number, when you update your mobile number as UPI number, the system takes it but says that “UPI number is currently delinked- activate to use as your UPI number. When I click on activate UPI number, it does not get activated and asks me to port instead. While trying to port also, it fails again and again. There is no option to change the UPI number to a new one. Only option is to delete the UPI Id and start afresh. But once you delete the UPI Id, you can not use/retrieve your old UPI Id. Please do the needful and make the UPI experience better and smooth.

We are enjoying the app to a great, many great features, I congratulate ICICI Bank to come up with such a phenomenal business application. I would like to point an issue in the app, which we are facing. We got our 2 current business accounts linked to one primary account ID and now when we login and switch to Merchant View, the app even after switching accounts shows only the primary account name with the linked account name intact when we switch the account number changes but account name shown is primary linked account name instead of the switched account name. Please get this issue resolved as it is confusing at times. On emailing your team member brushed the issue aside without understanding it.
